A Gathering of Images

Evening at Tullycavan. I love early autumn.
 Flowers in the wind.
Tranquil Blue Rock Dam on Good Friday.
Is this a controlled burn?

Tullycavan in early Autumn

A view across the gully, note the collapsed wattle in the foreground, killed by mistletoe.
 Kangaroo Apples?

 Flowering Mint
 Beans.
 Spinach of some sort.
Spring Home
Fledglings have flown
A turbulent summer cold front has wrenched it from its branch
now lies forlorn

Late Summer at Tullycavan

Pine needles glowing in the evening light.
Red Delicious apples waiting to be picked.
Against the sky.

Small Quick Paintings

Saturday was hot, but also my first chance to spend time in the 'studio' for awhile. I just wanted to paint something. I followed up, repeated, some older ideas. I like the latter three the most.

Mainly Flowering

Just enjoying what's there.

Summer at the Beach

My brother, his wife and one of his daughters visited from Sweden this summer. A holiday house was arranged and various of my extended family spent time there as able. We enjoyed each other company, conversation, food, the beach and walking.

Sale

Yesterday we spent time in Sale. This included a walk around Lakes Guthridge and Guyatt through the Botanic Gardens. Moments of delight caught my eye.
