On last Saturday Athena and I headed down to Sale for Ordinations. We had the curious experience of driving through Morwell on a trip to Sale because the Freeway is threatening to slip into the open cut.
The Ordinations were a celebration with 3 being ordained as Deacons and 2 as Priests. The 2 Priests were special because they are the first Aboriginal women priests in Australia.
On this past weekend we headed to Paynesville so that we could got to Atalanta's Commissioning at Camp Coolamatong. She has 1 years internship and is really enjoying it so far.
A cross between tents and huts.
The Launch.
Duck Arm.
A splay of canoes.
Later we went to Raymond Island to look at the work on the accommodation at the Abbey of St. Barnabas.
