Pine trees harvested

Looking south with trees gone. This plantation was on our boundary in the neighbours.
Looking north towards two remnant trees. It will be fascinating to see what difference not having the plantation on our boundary makes. There is a lemon tree that has never done well. Maybe now with more light there will be lemons. No doubt well notice more wind.
This plant has popped up now that there hasn't been grazing for awhile. I don't know what it is. Athena thinks it is amaranth and some photos seem to say it is.

A New Bishop

Today Gippsland welcomed a new bishop, Kay Goldsworthy. Ritual in action. Most of us need leadership as some level because we aren't prepared to be leaders ourselves, at this point, therefore there is joy when someone comes to take that up.  So today was a day of celebration and connection as we met together as a community.

Ahara step by step

Step by step through Ahara. Now framed. I'm reasonably happy with the finish.

The Vegetable Garden

The vege garden after some potatoes have been harvested. Snow peas planted and new ground turned.

 Tones.

A bit more grass.

Since I last posted. Some things

Some work in various mediums. Mostly watercolour, but also pencil and tempera.
