I bought a new app for my phone called ShakeItPhoto. There is something that strikes a chord for me in the polaroid aesthetic. I remember when the SX70 came out in the 70's and reading about it and wanting it. Many years later at art school a friend bought a SX70 at a 'junk' shop and a few of us bought film and enjoyed making photos with it. At another time I went to the photography department for a workshop on Polaroid transfers (using Polaroid film to transfer images onto paper). Now I can make my own and even shake the phone to 'encourage' the images development.

A Silver Wattle poleaxed by age and mistletoe. They don't really help their cause by sending out branches that have so much gravity to defy.
