Playing and avoiding

Today I wanted to do something achievable and avoid starting something new and bigger.

to mourn

the lost

the broken 

the unfulfilled

but here I am

now not then

that is what I have to offer

 Watercolour pencil on rice paper. Not really finished, but probably not going any further.

An old thought returns one afternoon.

A longer journey ahead.

A little awkward, but Zaa says most of the right things.
